I collaborated with Prosperity Now's Communications and Scorecard teams to revamp the Scorecard website, aiming to enhance user experience. My role involved refining content and microcopy while offering strategic layout guidance to streamline accessibility for users.

This was a multi-entity effort by researchers, marketing professionals, and financial management experts to encourage people with various levels of debt to assess the severity of their debt via a quiz and then, depending on the quiz results, seek help through one of the financial counseling partners.

I worked closely with a graphic designer to develop the Facebook ads and the copy for the quiz, including the microcopy.
